The Napolitano Family builds places where families can thrive, living easily and comfortably. Having built over 7,000 homes since 1977, Vincent Napolitano, Fred Napolitano II and John Napolitano pictured above, continue to maintain a solid reputation for quality construction and innovative design in their homes. They are known throughout the industry for their commitment to their customers and their involvement in the Hampton Roads Community.

Upon graduating from Virginia Tech in 1977, Vince started Napolitano Homes in 1977 along with his father, Fred Napolitano Sr. His involvement in the homebuilding industry includes serving as president of both the Tidewater Builders Association and the Home Builders Association, as well as continuing to serve on the National Association of Home Builders Board of Directors. His commitment to the entire Hampton Roads community is displayed by his service on numerous civic, charitable, and professional boards of directors, as well as past leadership positions as Rector of Eastern Virginia Medical School and President of St. Mary's Home for Disabled Children. Vince is personally involved with the design of every home we build along with the sales and marketing of our homes and neighborhoods.

Fred Napolitano II

Fred joined Vince at Napolitano Homes in 1981. Like his brother, Fred was President of TBA in 1997 and sits as a Life Director of NAHB. He is currently the President for the Virginia Aquarium and Marine Science Center Foundation. He also serves on both the Hampton Roads Regional Chamber and The Virginia Beach Chamber of Commerce Boards. Fred selects and purchases all of the products, manufactures and vendors used to construct our homes. He is responsible for our automated systems and internal operations.

John Napolitano
Sr. Vice-President

John has been with Napolitano Homes since 1983. He also served as president of TBA in 2003 and is a member of the Board of Directors of HBAV. The Virginia Beach City Council appointed John to the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Board from 1998- 2002. In 2008, he served as Chairman of the Board for First Tee of Hampton Roads. John handles land acquisition and development for the company. He also oversees the home construction in our communities along with our home warranty department.
