MEET THE NAPOLITANO TEAM
The Napolitano Family builds places where families can thrive, living easily and comfortably. Having built over 7,000 homes since 1977, Vincent Napolitano, Fred Napolitano II and John Napolitano pictured above, continue to maintain a solid reputation for quality construction and innovative design in their homes. They are known throughout the industry for their commitment to their customers and their involvement in the Hampton Roads Community.
Vincent Napolitano
President
Vince started Napolitano Homes in 1977 with his father, Fred Napolitano Sr. His involvement with the national and local building associations ranges from his 1990 TBA Presidency (Tidewater Builders Association), 1995 HBAV Presidency (Home Builders Association of Virginia) to his current position on the NAHB Board of Directors (National Association of Home Builders). His community involvement ranges from being the past Rector of The Board of Visitors for Eastern Virginia Medical School to currently being President of the Board of Trustees at St. Mary's Home for Disabled Children. Vince personally decides the types of homes we build, what we will offer in those homes and what our communities will look like.
Fred Napolitano II
Sr. Vice-President
Fred joined Vince at Napolitano Homes in 1981. Like his brother, Fred was President of TBA in 1997 and sits as a Life Director of NAHB. He is currently the President for the Virginia Aquarium and Marine Science Center Foundation. He also serves on both the Hampton Roads Regional Chamber and The Virginia Beach Chamber of Commerce Boards. Fred selects and purchases all of the products, manufactures and vendors used to construct our homes. He is responsible for our automated systems and internal operations.
John Napolitano
Sr. Vice-President
In 1983, John came to work at Napolitano Homes. He also held the position of TBA president in 2003 and is a member of the Board of Directors for HBAV. Among his many accomplishments was his appointment to the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Board by the Virginia Beach City Council. In 2008 he was Chairman of the Board of The First Tee Hampton Roads. He is in charge of land purchases for Napolitano Homes and our warranty department. He also oversees the construction personnel for our communities.
