So hopefully by now you have had a chance to take a few minutes and peruse our shiny new website. If not please do! There are some fun new and exciting features, one of them we are particularly giddy about is our new Realtors Tab. This is a section just for our Realtor Community. To help you keep track of what’s going on at Napolitano Homes, what Move-In Ready homes we have available in what communities and what our latest incentives for you are. We always have a Realtor Appreciation Program in place, as you sell more of our homes, we give you more money! Pretty simple right? But we also sometimes have different incentives on our new homes in Virginia depending on what community. Like right now we have an EXTRA $2500 dollar bonus when you sell one of our homes in Brewers Meadow.

You can learn more about that incentive and others when you register for our realtors section. I know that word register is scary, and yes it will ask you for your email address. But it only takes a second and we will use that info to let you know about exclusive offers and our awesome new homes before anyone else knows! We know realtors are a very important part of Napolitano Homes and our success as new home builders and we want to give you rewards for helping us sell our homes.

Napolitano Homes is getting ready to unroll a new product line in the next year for our Suffolk, Va Community, The Vineyards at Bennett’s Creek Square! Part of the process we go through before launching a new Housing Product Line is getting all kinds of feedback from you as a home buyer! We want to know what you find important in a home and what you don’t. What makes a good floorplan and what you expect to find in a Napolitano Home. Just to give you a little information about this new product for The Vineyards: We are aiming for our demographic to be a younger family, or single person, around their upper 20′s through Mid 30′s. This will be a one car garage home and the square footage will not go over 1,728 sq. ft. It will have a courtyard and will follow the rest of the Vineyards Community with the Maintenance Free living.
