Napolitano Homes wants YOUR help building our next spec home. We’re going to build a house in KempBridge in 2013 from the ground up with our Facebook community!

Starting on January 14th, we are going to conduct weekly surveys asking our fans what they think of  particular house choices. We’ll start with the simple things like elevations and floorplans, then we’ll continue on with votes for the nitpickin’ details such as cabinetry, countertops, upgrades, tile work, hardware schemes, doors, appliances, color schemes, fireplaces, and even roof shingles. Literally every single detail of this custom appointed house will be chosen by you, our Facebook fans!

Keep an eye out for the first vote, and get your creative caps ready. After each vote, we will post results here on our blog, so you can follow along as choices are made. We are really looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

On Thursday, December 6th, Diana Jordan of Napolitano Homes and Wes Flowers of Southern Trust Mortgage are leading a free Home Buyers Seminar. Rent is expensive, and mortgage rates are low. Diana and Wes help you answer the following questions:

  • Is home ownership for me?
  • Is now a good time to buy? (Spoiler Alert: YES! Mortgage rates are at an all time low)
  • What if I don’t have a down payment saved up?
  • What if my credit score isn’t great, can I still get a mortgage?
  • How can I buy a Napolitano Home sooner rather than later??

In addition to great information, there will be food, drinks, and door prizes! A $100 Wawa gift card is up for grabs! The seminar begins at 6pm on December 6, and will be held at 949-D Vineyard Place, Suffolk, VA. Please call Diana at 252-722-3101 to RSVP.
