Built By Facebook Week 1 Results

Categories: Announcements, Built By Facebook | Posted: January 25, 2013 | No Comments »

Despite a last minute push by Belmont fans, THE WAVERLY is the very first winning vote in our Built by Facebook campaign.

An overwhelming favorite, The Waverly boasts an open floor plan with plenty of living space. The base model starts at 2,825 square feet! Voters were drawn to the 2nd floor’s Game Room space at the top of the stairs, the welcoming Foyer, and above all, the exterior’s refined style. This stately home will fit in GREAT in KempBridge.

Next week, we’ll decide which exterior scheme this Waverly will have: Traditional or Transitional. Here is a sneak peak of the two (click on the image to see a larger size):

Napolitano Homes wants YOUR help building our next spec home. We’re going to build a house in KempBridge in 2013 from the ground up with our Facebook community!

Starting on January 14th, we are going to conduct weekly surveys asking our fans what they think of  particular house choices. We’ll start with the simple things like elevations and floorplans, then we’ll continue on with votes for the nitpickin’ details such as cabinetry, countertops, upgrades, tile work, hardware schemes, doors, appliances, color schemes, fireplaces, and even roof shingles. Literally every single detail of this custom appointed house will be chosen by you, our Facebook fans!

Keep an eye out for the first vote, and get your creative caps ready. After each vote, we will post results here on our blog, so you can follow along as choices are made. We are really looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

On Thursday, December 6th, Diana Jordan of Napolitano Homes and Wes Flowers of Southern Trust Mortgage are leading a free Home Buyers Seminar. Rent is expensive, and mortgage rates are low. Diana and Wes help you answer the following questions:

  • Is home ownership for me?

  • What if I don’t have a down payment saved up?
  • What if my credit score isn’t great, can I still get a mortgage?
  • How can I buy a Napolitano Home sooner rather than later??

In addition to great information, there will be food, drinks, and door prizes! A $100 Wawa gift card is up for grabs! The seminar begins at 6pm on December 6, and will be held at 949-D Vineyard Place, Suffolk, VA. Please call Diana at 252-722-3101 to RSVP.

A Day at Sajo Farm

Categories: Announcements, Homebuying | Posted: February 27, 2012 | No Comments »

Any time we visit one of our communities in Hampton Roads it’s a prime photo shoot opportunity. It’s fun and educational to take a peak behind the scenes of what happens when a home or community is being constructed. There’s a lot of organization and coordination that takes place between the builder and all the vendors that build a Napolitano Home. Sajo Farm is a joint venture community between Napoltiano Homes and Terry Peterson Residential in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Here are some great shots we got the other day of our vendors and Site Builder, Fred Napolitano III pictured above in a black shirt with Ken Gezella our Director of Sales.
