Introducing the Siena Model in Chesapeake

The Siena is one of Napolitano Homes’ newest floor plans to be introduced to Chesapeake new homes neighborhoods. To get a feel for it, we built the Siena as the furnished and decorated model home in Fieldstone, a new community of ours located near the Virginia Beach and Chesapeake city line on Elbow Road. To say the Siena is a success is an understatement; almost 3 out of 4 new homeowners moving into Fieldstone have decided to build this amazing model!

The Entry greets you with an expansive and open layout, starting with a Flex Room that is contained by dropped headers that define the space yet flows beautifully into the Family Room with gas fireplace and abundant windows for natural light.

The Family Room is open to the Kitchen, which features the real jaw-dropper in this home: the 8 HUGE foot long gourmet island. Just imagine the parties and entertainment you can host here with your friends and family gathered around! The model home at Fieldstone also showcases the upgraded Kitchen option that includes a wall oven, gas cooktop, and wine cooler/wine rack combo in the island. Western Branch Reserve NOW SELLING

Western Branch Reserve, a new homes community in Chesapeake that is located off Bruce Road, is NOW SELLING. Land development has been underway for several months, and the model home is slated to open in the early spring. Prices in Western Branch Reserve begin in the $360s, and the floorplans will be the same popular models that Napolitano Homes offers in other Chesapeake neighborhoods, such as Hanbury Manor in Great Bridge and Viridian Reserve at Hickory. The community comprises of 70 homesites, 17 of which are opening  in Phase 1.

The model home will be the spacious and open Milan. It is a Master Down model, and it is the first time we have built and furnished this new and innovative design.

Western Branch Reserve is centrally located in Western Branch North of the city of Chesapeake. Hanbury Manor is one of Napolitano Homes’ latest new homes community to open in 2015. While the model is not yet officially open as a sales office as mentioned, we have been making many sales through the course of 2015, and as a testament to the neighborhood’s popularity, we have already moved into Phase 2! Located off of Hanbury Road in Great Bridge, the neighborhood started with nine available homesites for Phase I and prices begin in the $360s. In total, there will only be 81 new homes built in Hanbury Manor, making it one of the smaller and more intimate communities in the Napolitano Homes lineup. Finally, in addition to endless entertainment and a prime location, Great Bridge is well renowned for excellent public schools. Many families are moving to this area of Chesapeake for the excellent student to teacher ratios and a strong focus on academics. For example, Great Bridge Intermediate School, which is about a half mile from Hanbury Manor, earns a 10 out of 10 on Zillow.com school rankings!

The Regent model in Sajo Farm in Virginia Beach has made a recent resurgence in popularity, with several being built and sold in the last few months.
