The Riley • Craftsman Elevation

This elevation offers a wonderful Craftsman feel with Board and Batten and special stone accents. Thicker trim and widow placement also add to the overall atmosphere of this model.

Things are moving along with our plans for the most anticipated new homes community in Chesapeake Va! Napolitano Homes has started building on homesite 2 where our sales office model will be located in Jordan Hall at Johnstown. Our Sales Center will be located in our new model The Riley and the elevation will be our newly designed Craftsman Elevation that you can see in the above image. The Riley will also come in 3 other elevation choices that can be seen below. Along with 11 different color / selection schemes that can be chosen for the exteriors of our elevations. Everything from stone, to door choice, to siding color.

We will have 6 Models total that we will offer in Jordan Hall starting in the Mid $300s with choices ranging from a ranch model to master down options as well. You can see below the base floorplan for The Riley Model. The Riley will have a base square footage of 2,550 sq. ft. and an option of up to 5 bedrooms. With a great upstairs area that can be used as a recreation room or an optional bedroom. There is a fantastic half wall feature that allows for open viewing of the downstairs Great Room. This floorplan also comes with options such as a sunroom, screened in porch, media room, home office and a 5th bedroom.
