NAPOLITANO HOMES NEWSLETTER
What’s Ahead for 2016?

While 2015 was another incredibly exciting year for Napolitano Homes , 2016 promises to be even better. Just like last year, we plan to open brand new communities and finalize existing ones, prepare for upcoming neighborhoods, design and perfect new and innovative floorplans, and most importantly, welcome a large group of happy new Napolitano Homes homeowners! Keep reading to see what we’re up to!

NOW SELLING

Exterior1Hanbury Manor began selling and building in mid 2015, and before the sales model reached completion, we had already moved into the next Phase of building. This wildly popular neighborhood in Great Bridge has been selling quickly, but there are still many opportunities to build your dream home here.

The model at Western Branch Reserve in Chesapeake is currently underway, but already we’re writing contracts with those on our VIP list at very special Pre-Construction Pricing. If you would like to learn more about THE ONLY new homes community in Chesapeake where children can attend K-12 in Western Branch public schools, please join our interest list here.

UPCOMING

-elfswr_500x400Napolitano Homes is extremely excited to start building the model home for The Cove at Bennetts Creek Square in the early winter of 2016. The land is developed and ready for building the 5 brand new (never seen before) single family home designs that are offered, starting in the upper $200s! The Cove is located off Shoulders Hill Road in North Suffolk, just 12 minutes away from Norfolk and surrounded by tons of ammenities in Harbour View! Sign Up to Learn More!

Also on the horizon for late 2016 is Fieldstone, which is located on Elbow Road near the Centerville Turnpike intersection, as well as Countryside Estates which is just over the VA/NC border in Moyock, NC.

Finally, Point Chesapeake is a highly anticipated mid-rise luxury condominium community that is located near the base of the Lesner Bridge in Virginia Beach, and has spectacular water views across the Chesapeake Bay. If you would like to learn more about Point Chesapeake or any other upcoming community, please join our interest list!

WINDING DOWN

In Bennett’s Creek Square, both the Townes on the Square and The Nouveau Series are very close to completion. The Townes just listed its model for sale, and there are only a few inventory homes left from which to choose.

Sajo Farm in Virginia Beach is an award-winning neighborhood with stately homes featuring hardie plank homes and lush landscaping, and it backs up to the Lake Lawson / Lake Smith Nature Area. Limited opportunities remain!

Bob White Landing is our final community that features ALL BRICK homes, each sitting on about 1/3 of an acre in North Suffolk. Three Move-In Ready homes, including the professionally decorated and upgraded sales model, are complete and ready for quick delivery.

Finally, Viridian Reserve , which opened its doors less than 1 year ago, only has a handful of homesites remaining. Last chance to own a Napolitano Home in Hickory, Chesapeake!
