The second half of 2015 is going to be an exciting one for Napolitano Homes. Not only are we closing out two very popular neighborhoods in Bob White Landing and The Vineyards Nouveau Series, but we’re also working on three new communities to add to the Napolitano Homes list of new homes in Virginia Beach, Suffolk, and Chesapeake, VA.
One of the most exciting new upcoming projects is Point Chesapeake on the Bay. Formerly the Duck-In property at the eastern side of the Lesner Bridge, Point Chesapeake will be an exclusive condominium village community located where the Chesapeake Bay meets the Lynnhaven River. These Virginia Beach new homes will offer spectacular views over the water and renowned sunsets that paint the sky, and residents will enjoy easy access to the soft sands of the Chesapeake Bay. Also, the original gazebo will be preserved and renovated into the community’s clubhouse.
Next, The Cove is a much anticipated new phase that is coming to the already popular Bennett’s Creek Square neighborhood. This community in Northern Suffolk has consisted entirely of condominiums and townhomes to this point (The Nouveau Series and The Townes on the Square are currently selling, and the single floor living Signature Series has sold out), but Napolitano Homes has already begun moving dirt and developing the land in preparation The Cove’s single family homes. There will be several floorplans to choose from and build your new home in Suffolk, VA.
Finally, Western Branch Reserve is the third community Napolitano Homes is developing in the second half of 2015. Located off of Bruce Road, there will be 71 homesites to choose from in order to build your dream new home in Chesapeake. Prices will be in the mid $300s, and floorplans will be the same lineup as the already popular Viridian Reserve at Hickory and Hanbury Manor in Great Bridge. Western Branch High School is right around the corner, shopping and conveniences are a street over on Taylor Road, and running/walking/biking trails surround all sides of the neighborhood including the Chesapeake Public Trail, the Gum Road Trail, and the Chesapeake Seaboard Coastline Trail, which extends from Suffolk, past Western Branch Reserve, and all the way to Virginia Beach!
